Dual-licensed as an attorney in California and Nevada and as a California real estate broker, Amtoj brings a rare combination of legal expertise, market knowledge, and executive leadership to every engagement — with over a decade of experience advising individuals, investors, and corporations across law, real estate, and business operations.
Before founding The Randhawa Group, Amtoj served as General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer of Pride Group Enterprises, a privately held $3B North American conglomerate spanning trucking, transportation, logistics, leasing, financing, and commercial real estate. There he built and led the company’s legal department — overseeing corporate governance, large-scale commercial real estate transactions, complex litigation, regulatory compliance, employment matters, and cross-border restructuring.
Earlier in his career, Amtoj practiced at large international and leading regional law firms, representing Fortune 100 corporations, high-profile real estate developers, and affluent individuals in complex business, commercial, and real estate litigation. Recognizing the need for a modern, integrated advisory model, he founded The Randhawa Group as a single platform where clients receive cohesive guidance across legal, real estate, and operational challenges — and work directly with him on every matter.
